Catch the spark of learning in the Patrick Media Center!  The media center is where READING and LEARNING is our main focus! Through storytimes, booktalks and exploration of quality books, children are encouraged to find their old favorite stories and discover new ones.  Research is taught, practiced, and displayed to open new doors and learn about the past.  Gwinnett County provides access to quality research and knowledge databases to foster technology use.  Our mission is to inspire the reader in everyone while providing the tools needed to succeed in a technological world.

Upon request, we can provide the passwords necessary to access the research and knowledge databases subscribed to by our county.  Please email Shannon Scott to request the passwords.  Please include your child’s full name as well as your own.

Visit the website www.bookadventure.com to test your comprehension knowledge of thousands of book titles.  You can make your own book list and earn points and prizes.  Have fun!
